Superman takes his place in the ring, and builds him back up to champion status, backing out before the final match to let Larry fight for his own title.

"Superman Champions Universal Peace!" - When the scientist who created a deadly gas is killed, Superman tracks the murderers down. They are promoting a civil war in Borovia for profit, which is not something Superman is happy about. They soon regret their decisions, as does their boss.

"Superman And The Skyscrapers" - Numerous fatal accidents have happened at a local skyscraper during its construction phases. Investigating personally, Superman learns that the night watchman is sabotaging the building under orders. Superman goes from lackey to lackey, finally tracing the source of the crimes all the way back to the owner of a competing construction company. He easily persuades the man to confess.

"Superman Text Story" - Gangster "Big Mike" Caputo has come to town, and plans to rule the criminal underground. Clark Kent hears of this, and goes after Big Mike in his Superman guise. Big Mike is pretty tough, but he learns what being truly tough means soon enough.
