"Campaign Against The Planet" - Evell, a crafty and corrupt politician, buys out a local paper to control the press. When the Daily Planet refuses to sell, his thugs start a campaign of terror to shut down the circulation, but Superman has appointed himself protector of the paper.

"Luthor's Incense Machine" - A rash of unemployment has plagued the city, and the only common thread Clark can find among their employers is the smell of incense in their offices.

"The Wonder Drug" - Several inmates in prison require frequent doses of unusual medication. Superman investigates, and soon learns that the medication is a wonder drug, but the criminals who control its distribution blackmail those who need it into stealing for them.
