Raven's soul self appears before Donna and Wally, pleading for help; she was forcibly ejected from Heaven. It seems a demon, Asmodel, has taken the Spectre's power and this event has upset the balance, closing Hell and causing demons to come to Earth. Raven sent people to look for Jim Corrigan in Heaven and now fears they may be in trouble. This causes problems for Goth, a supervillain who is actually a demon, and his associate Rodman. Elsewhere, the H.I.V.E. Mistress is displeased with the efforts of Damien Darkh, who is her frontman running the revived organization. And Deathstroke flees Tartarus, but is caught and beaten by the villains. He manages to recover enough to reach the Titans, where he passes out. Cyborg has a conversation with Sarah Charles, who is uneasy at his new state (merged with the Omegadrome), and Arsenal has an unpleasant conversation with his babysitter about the fact that Lian's mother nuked her home.
