The adult Cosmic King, Lightning Lord, and Saturn Queen join Dynamo-Boy's Legion of "Super-Villains." The villains defeat the Legion of Substitute Heroes, but are ultimately beaten by the real Legionnaires, who strand Dynamo-Boy in the distant future and return the adult villains to their own era. First appearance of Legion rejects Animal Lad (Ennis Janhson of Earth), Golden Boy (Klint Stewirt of Earth), Polecat (Dafe Meron of Earth), and Tusker (Horace Lafeaugh of Earth).
